We’re thrilled you are considering the Mansion for your celebration!

To help better explain how a rental works at the Mansion, see below:

  • We host only one wedding a day.

    • The rental includes a 5 hour reception with 3 hours for set up, and one hour for break down.

  • What’s included in the rental?

    • We provide all of the tables, chairs, and dance floor, including the outdoor tables and ceremony chairs if you would like to have your ceremony on site.
    • There is no additional fee to hold your ceremony at the Mansion.

  • Our rates are as follows:

    • For 2025: $7,000 for a Saturday or Sunday of a holiday weekend during peak-season and $6,500 for a Friday or $6,000 for a Sunday.
    • For 2025: $4,500 for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off-peak rental from December to March.
    • For 2026: All rates can be found posted in our Availability Calendar on this page.
    • In 2026 we are offering the option of a “Full Day Buyout” for a 12 hour rental. Please contact the Mansion staff for rates and information.
  • What is our Capacity?

    • We can comfortably fit up to a total of 200 guests for a formal seated dinner with 100 guests in each ballroom (watch the video tour to better understand how that looks).
    • We do not have a minimum guest requirement.

  • What about the food/service?

    • We have a fabulous list of caterers for you to choose from who will provide the linens, place settings, service, food, and alcohol. They will work with you to design a menu around your personal taste and budget.
    • If you’d like an idea of costs, some caterers on our list start packages at $110 per head.  Our list of caterers can be found here.  Please contact them directly for a more comprehensive proposal.

  • What should I anticipate as an overall cost for hosting a wedding at the Mansion?

    • There are many variables that lead to the overall cost of hosting your wedding at the Mansion based on your guest count and the vendors you hire. To get an overall idea of cost “all in” (venue, catering, DJ/Band, florist, decor, etc) we advise couples to expect to invest between $45,000 to $65,000 for a wedding during peak season.
    • If you are considering an off peak wedding or a weekday celebration, overall costs usually begin around $30,000.
