As part of the contract, you have agreed to abide by Schedule B. Violation of the rules in Schedule B, by you or your guests, may result in additional fees.

This Includes: ^The self service of alcohol is strictly prohibited regardless if alcohol is brought by you, your guests, or the caterer. If you or a guest bring coolers of beer of bottles of alcohol into the Mansion, it must be turned over to the bartender for dispensing. If any alcohol is found that has not been served by a bartender, it will be confiscated. ^No confetti, rice, or seeds, or fake flower petals thrown outside or inside the building. ^No personal fireworks, sparklers, or open flames. ^No nails, glue, adhesives, or hanging items on fixtures while decorating. ^You or your vendors are not permitted in the building prior to the start of your rental time.
